First, navigate to the Partners tab from the main home screen. Click on the partner name that you're interested in.
From there, click on the "Profile tab", the last tab on the right. On the Profile tab, you'll see the partner's address information, the administrative point of contact, as well as the transfer point of contact.
Clicking the blue "Edit" text above the Shelter Address section will trigger a pop-up that you can use to add or edit the partner's address and administrative point of contact.
NOTE: The edits you make to the partner profile go through an approval process because they affect our master partner list, so you will not see your edits reflected right away.
To add new transfer points of contact, click the green "Add New+" button in the Transfer Point of Contact section.
