There may be several important documents that you would like to print or email to an adopter as you're processing their adoption, including the adoption contract, the animal's medical history, rabies certificate, and more.
Shelterluv gives you a special pop-up for printing or emailing these documents built into the process of completing an adoption. After you've submitted the payment information for the transaction, no matter what kind of payment type, the very last step you'll be asked for before the adoption is complete is the document delivery.
The pop-up that you will see will look like this:
Simply choose which documents you'd like to email and/or print, and click "Complete".
As an alternative, you can also print or email documents from an animal's record directly. Learn more about doing that here.
