How do I resolve a diagnosis?

There are two ways to resolve an active diagnosis on an animal's record. 

1 - From the Diagnosis subtab

Resolving a diagnosis can be completed on the Diagnosis subtab. Click the icon of three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the appropriate diagnosis card, and then click "Resolve".



You'll then see a pop-up that asks for some details of the diagnosis resolution - date resolved, a text box for any notes, and a free-entry field to record who resolved the diagnosis. 


Clicking "Save" will update the diagnosis to be considered resolved. Resolved diagnoses will display with a gray bar on the left side of the cards on the Diagnosis tab. 


2 - From the Physical exam form

When you're completing a physical exam, you'll notice that all active diagnoses are listed on the form near the bottom. Clicking on the diagnosis will trigger the same diagnosis resolution pop-up described above.
